The Western Riverside County Regional Conservation Authority manages one of the largest habitat conservation plans in the nation. It was created in 2004 to implement the Multiple Species Habitat Conservation Plan (MSHCP).

PLANT WATERING HACK
Make your own automatic plant waterer!
Items needed:
Empty Bottle
Cork
Screw or Nail
Start first with a clean bottle and fill it with water.
Water your plant so the soil is damp.
Use the nail to create a hole in the cork.
Put the cork in the bottle and place bottle upside down in the soil
If you don’t have a cork, you can put a small hole in a screw top. If the bottle doesn’t have a screw top, you can cover it with a piece of fabric and seal it tightly with a rubber band.
