Need to Know

If you are looking for places to serve this Holiday Season, contact your local food bank, or check out one of these organizations that provide food in Riverside County. Carol’s Kitchen provides food and clothing in Beaumont, Banning, and Cabazon.
Valley Community Pantry in Hemet offers a wide range of services for the homeless and hungry. They are always in need of non-perishable food items and financial donations.
Community outreach of Murrieta provides food, clothing, household items and furniture for those in need.
In Riverside, Central Community Christian Fellowship is happy to present their 27th annual free Thanksgiving Day Dinner. Please contact them directly for details regarding their need for volunteers.
Charitable opportunities exist all year long. Volunteer or donate to help build homes for the needy with Habitat for Humanity.
Or, for one of these worthy causes:
Rancho Damacitas, where young single mothers receive room, board, and much needed support.
Michelle’s Place where women affected by breast cancer can receive the help they need to rise above this devastating disease.
You can also adopt a homeless pet: Animal Friends of the Valley.
