Spirit of Innovation
Spirit of Innovation: Arts Across America, produced by JDS Creative Academy, began as Riverside County’s first magazine-style regional news and information television program. Initially launched on local city channels for Temecula, Murrieta, Menifee, and RivCoTV, the show quickly grew beyond its local roots. Today, Spirit of Innovation reaches viewers across the nation through Apple TV, Fire TV, Tubi, and with Binge Networks, it is available on more than 150 platforms. The program is also broadcast on ABC in the Santa Barbara region and continues to air locally in the Temecula Valley. Episodes are further distributed through YouTube, social media, and here on our website.
More than a news magazine, Spirit of Innovation is part of JDS Creative Academy’s inclusive workforce training program in digital media production. Adults with developmental disabilities train alongside industry professionals, gaining hands-on experience both in front of the camera and behind the scenes. This unique model equips participants with valuable job skills while producing professional-quality journalism.
Our stories cover the “need-to-know” for Riverside County residents and now expand to highlight newsmakers, institutions, and communities across California and the United States. From historical happenings to current events, Spirit of Innovation delivers information through a thoughtful, community-centered lens that celebrates diverse voices and perspectives.
